Why We Do It

Performing in places where music is not the first order of business (like restaurants) is, to understate the challenges, difficult. Albeit, some of the most promising opportunities for culture, commerce, and community occur where restaurants become performance halls. This crossover of food and live music culture is robust, emotional, and intimate. It has a unique footprint in local economies, creates the third places that anchor neighborhoods, and fosters shared experiences people carry with them for a lifetime.
