I invited Dr. David Tercero and Robin Tercero Montgomery to perform for guests of Chef & Song and Kitchen LTO, on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at 7:15 pm.

Chef Anastacia Quiñones’ culinary selection for the evening is created in collaboration with Dr. & Mrs. Tercero’s musical selection. This isn’t background music as guests dine, or a catered live performance. This evening is a truly unique intimate concert and full-service dining experience where the menu and music share a stage.

This event is free. There are no tickets to purchase, cover charges, or entry fees. I only ask that guests pay for their food and drinks. The full menu is available, with no minimum purchase.

For the full immersive experience, however, Chef Quiñones has created a one-night-only menu for the evening that includes passed hor d’oeuvres and a three course menu, for $40.

There will be a signature cocktail, wine list, and open bar.

Seating is limited. See Chef AQ’s bespoke menu for the evening here. See Kitchen LTO’s full menu on their website here.
To make a reservation, call 214-377-0757
Doors open at 6:15 pm. Performance begins at 7:15 pm. Please, no late arrivals.

Want a quick taste? I uploaded this video to Facebook of the Terceros the first time they met the restaurant staff at Kitchen LTO. It was noisy as they prepared for the dinner shift. The bustle and frantic activity stopped the second Robin began her aria. You could have heard a pin drop. Goosebumps.

“Music and food is language of culture. It reminds us of our heritage. It reminds us of home. It’s what we think of when we think of family.”

— David Tercero, PhD

“Nothing is a more familiar reminder of people we love, than their favorite foods and the songs you share.”

— Chef Anastacia Quiñones

My passion is exploring this crossover culture of food and stage — the people who create it, love it, revel in it, and use it to make where we live a better place to be. Find Chef & Song on Facebook
